This group is involved in researching the discourse of the disciplines, their pedagogical genres, the use of multimodal resources, and how valued meanings and knowledge are communicated.

Projects aspire to be interdisciplinary and involve the subject lecturers in different ways.

Several in-sessional colleagues are concurrently conducting scholarship into the nature of the disciplinary discourse, and/or into assessment genres, and using the group to engage in a range of analytical frameworks.
