New publication: Celebrating Languages, Cultures and Global Connections: The Power of Working in Partnership
In this paper, Sofia Martinho, Bettina Hermoso-Gómez and Carolin Schneider reflect on the collaboration between the University of Leeds Language Zone and the 2025 Leeds City of Languages Festival. The paper examines how partnerships can expand access to informal language learning, foster intercultural dialogue, and create opportunities for students, staff and the wider public to engage with languages and cultures in meaningful ways.
