Academic Integrity Strategies: Student Insights - a new article by Caroline Campbell and Lorna Waddington

Date

Congratulations to Caroline Campbell (Language Centre/LCS) and Lorna Waddington (School of History) on the publication of their article "Academic Integrity Strategies: Student Insights" in the Journal of Academic Ethics!

Based on their findings from three student surveys, the open-access article captures students' understanding of and attitudes towards 'academic integrity', and identifies what further support academics and institutions can provide. The authors argue that all students should have the same baseline experience and therefore promoting this ethos is the responsibility of all staff who teach and support students.

Caroline and Lorna carried out this research as part of their LITE (Leeds Institute for Teaching Excellence) Fellowship "Academic integrity strategies: positive, preventative and punitive".
