CELT Scholarship Lunch - December 2022

Date
Date
Wednesday 7 December 2022, 13:00 - 14:00
Location
Baines Wing SR (2.16)

In our second CELT Scholarship meeting, colleagues in the Language Centre and the School of Languages, Societies and Cultures will be sharing reflections and insights into their scholarship projects.

Dr Becky Muradás-Taylor - Associate Professor of Languages and Linguistics - will tell us about her journey working on the OurLOTE Project promoting languages other than English.

Caroline Campbell - Associate Professor in Language Teaching - will open an interesting conversation around Imposter Syndrome - do we suffer from it? Can we identify the symptoms? Have we learned to live with it? Are we able to overcome it? Caroline has not done any scholarship on it but has heard various colleagues mention it, so let's share our experiences and see what we can do about it.
